CDG airport is the largest airport in France and the second largest in Europe. The airport located to northeast of Paris. Opened in Marc 1974, renamed Charles de Gaulle Airport.


The airport has four paralell runways and three terminals. The terminals are situated between two pair of runways.

 

Terminal 1 is the oldest and its subterminals are situated around the main building giving this terminal a special look.

Terminal 2 was originally built exclusively for Air France, however nowdays it hosts other airlines too. Terminal 3 is for charter and low coost airlines.
